All classes are accessible to beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Our goal as teachers is to help our students discover themselves and come to understand the magnificence that they are capable of.

Every class engages the mind and body, emphasizing alignment, balance and breath work. Postures are broken down and demonstrated with plenty of modifications for all levels. You will leave feeling refreshed and exquisitely alive.

All props and mats are made by Manduka and always free. We believe in using the best for our body, practice and life!

Class Descriptions:
Vinyasa, Hatha, Kunga, and Meditation
Vinyasa: In Sanskrit, nyasa means “to place,” while the prefix vi means “in a special way.” In our vinyasa practice, we place our bodies in a special way; with intention, with care, and with a conscious breath. Each pose is linked to the next, sometimes with a continuous flow and other times with a long hold.
