Katie Kuliesh is a RYT 200 Kunga Yoga teacher from Lewisburg, West Virginia. She began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2012 as a high school student in search of healing in Lynchburg, Virginia. After discovering her love for hot yoga, Katie continued her heated practice for four years at Power Yoga Morgantown during her time at West Virginia University. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2018 with her teachers Nicole Fitzwater, Noelle Whittington, and Lisa Pelanne of In Balance Yoga in Blacksburg, Virginia. Kunga Yoga is a service based school of yoga with an emphasis on Hatha Yoga techniques.
Katie’s goal is to serve and support in the healing process for others. She hopes to create a lighthearted community that is non-judgmental, where people can meet, learn, laugh, and ultimately feel good! Katie will be leading flow classes that include Meditation,Pranayama, and Asana.
